Introduction
From the beginning of time, God has called His people to walk in truth and righteousness. Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was sent into the world as the embodiment of truth, calling all people to forsake falsehood, deception, and sin. However, just as He was rejected and persecuted for speaking the truth, so will those who choose to follow Him in this present age.
The world today is filled with deception, idolatry, and rebellion against God. Many people reject the way of truth and instead follow after lies and illusions that lead to destruction. Nevertheless, God has not left humanity without a guide. He has given us His Spirit, His Word, and His Son as the pattern to follow. Those who remain steadfast in following Jesus will experience His mercy and miracles, while those who reject Him will face divine wrath.
This teaching explores the importance of choosing truth, remaining steadfast in righteousness, and understanding the eternal consequences of rejecting God’s provision of salvation through Jesus Christ.

Following the Path of Truth
John 14:6 - "Jesus answered, 'I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
Jesus came to bring truth into a world darkened by sin. Those who truly follow Him must walk in His steps and reject all other gods and false doctrines. The enemy seeks to deceive and lead people away from the truth, but those who remain faithful to Christ will not be swayed by the temptations of this world.
To walk in truth requires absolute dependence on the Holy Spirit. The Spirit of God leads believers in the right path, providing wisdom, clarity, and divine direction in every situation.

The Consequences of Rejecting the Truth
2 Thessalonians 2:10-12 - "They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. For this reason, God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness."
Those who reject the truth of Jesus Christ embrace deception. Many people today are willingly choosing lies over truth, walking in rebellion and following demonic influences. Such individuals will eventually experience the judgment of God, just as those in the days of Noah perished because they ignored the warnings of divine wrath.
Mockers and scoffers who reject God’s messengers and refuse to repent will face eternal consequences. Hell is a real place where there is no second chance for salvation. The decision people make in this life determines their eternal destination.

The Reality of Hell and Eternal Judgment
Revelation 20:15 - "Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire."
Hell is a place of eternal torment, reserved for those who reject God’s offer of salvation. It is a place where there is no repentance, no escape, and no relief from suffering. People who live in defiance of God, mocking His truth and persecuting His messengers, will face eternal separation from Him.
Social status, wealth, or religious affiliation will not save anyone from judgment. Every person will be judged based on their response to the truth of Christ. Those who accept Him will inherit eternal life, while those who reject Him will face everlasting destruction.

Choosing Truth and Life
Deuteronomy 30:19 - "This day I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live."
God has given every individual the opportunity to choose between life and death. Those who accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior choose life, while those who reject Him choose eternal separation from God.
The choice is clear: follow the path of righteousness and be covered by God’s mercy, or walk in deception and face judgment. God desires that all people come to repentance and walk in the light of His truth.

Prayer of Salvation
If you are ready to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, pray this prayer with sincerity:
Heavenly Father, I come before You acknowledging that I am a sinner in need of Your mercy. I believe that Jesus Christ is Your Son, that He died for my sins, and that He rose again on the third day. Today, I repent of my sins and turn to You. I ask You to forgive me, cleanse me, and make me a new creation in Christ. I accept Jesus as my Lord and Savior and surrender my life to Him. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and lead me in the path of righteousness. Thank You for saving me. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
If you have prayed this prayer, welcome to the family of God! Remain steadfast in your faith, seek God daily, and walk in His truth. Amen.
