In this critical moment, God is calling His people to wake up and enter into what He calls a "Resolution Revolution." This is not merely a call for personal resolutions but a demand to stand firm in the fight against the demonic forces that seek to destroy. The darkness that envelops the earth today is growing stronger, and those who fail to engage in the spiritual battle are being consumed by it. God is calling His people to rise up and choose life, to choose victory over defeat, and to stand resolutely against the powers of darkness that threaten to engulf them.
----The Dangers of Spiritual Laziness
When people, especially God's people, fail to engage in the spiritual battle, they become vulnerable to the flood of demonic forces that seek to destroy. These demonic powers bring sickness, disease, disorder, and despair, spreading destruction wherever they go. It is critical for believers to take a firm stand against these forces, refusing to surrender to them. God calls His people to raise the flag of victory, not the flag of surrender, because He is the supreme God who has the power to overcome every force of darkness.
"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." (Ephesians 6:12)
----The Example of Jesus: A Pattern for Resolution
Jesus Christ is the ultimate example for all believers. He resolved to finish the course that was set before Him, no matter the cost. His commitment to God’s will was unwavering, even when facing intense suffering.
Those who aspire to follow Christ must resolve in their hearts to continue steadfastly in their faith, regardless of the trials or temptations they may face. Turning back to the demonic forces is not an option, and the consequences of turning away from God are severe. "But Jesus said unto him, Follow me; and let the dead bury their dead." (Matthew 8:22)
----The Cost of Disobedience and Rebellion
Disobedience to God is a serious matter. It is not merely a failure to follow commands but a sign of rebellion against the Lord. Those who choose to put their will above God's are setting themselves on a path to destruction. The consequences of rebellion are far-reaching and can lead to eternal separation from God. It is not enough to merely make resolutions; one must follow through and remain steadfast in obedience to God's Word.
"For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry." (1 Samuel 15:23)
----The Time for Double-Mindedness is Over
Now is not the time for believers to be double-minded or swayed by the lies of demons in various disguises. The time has come to make a clear, unshakeable resolution to stand against sin, demonic powers, and spiritual wickedness in high places. The path of least resistance may seem appealing, but it leads to destruction. Believers must resolve to remain faithful, refusing to be led astray by the chaos and confusion of the world.
"A double minded man is unstable in all his ways." (James 1:8)
----The Urgency of Resolution Revolution
The battle is not over, and those who refuse to resolve their minds and hearts to do God's will will find themselves captive to the very things they thought were of more value. The enemy's agenda is clear: to steal, kill, and destroy. But God offers a different path—one of life, victory, and restoration. Believers are called to reject the lies of the enemy and engage in the Resolution Revolution, choosing to follow God’s will with unwavering commitment.
"The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." (John 10:10)
