Introduction
The world today is in a state of confusion, despair, and moral decline. Many people, including leaders, have turned away from God’s guidance, choosing instead to follow their own desires or the deceptions of the enemy. This has resulted in widespread suffering, destruction, and chaos. However, God has not left His people without direction. He speaks to those who will listen, instructing them when it is time to act. Sadly, many miss their divine moment of action due to distractions, pride, or outright rebellion.
Throughout history, God has sent prophets to warn and guide His people when the time for action was at hand. However, just as in biblical times, many leaders today refuse to heed God’s messengers, leading their people into misery rather than mercy. Now more than ever, it is imperative to recognize the time for action and to be obedient to God’s instructions.

Listening to God’s Spirit
Isaiah 30:21 - "And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left."
God is always speaking to His people through His Spirit. However, it is up to us to listen attentively and obey. Many people have heard God’s voice but have become distracted by worldly concerns or their personal struggles. Just as the foolish virgins in Jesus’ parable were unprepared when the bridegroom arrived, those who ignore God’s instructions will miss their divine moment to act.
History shows that when God’s prophets spoke, it was for a purpose. Leaders such as King David and Moses acted upon God’s word and led their people to victory. However, when leaders chose to ignore God’s commands, as in the case of King Saul, disaster followed. Obedience to God’s Spirit is crucial in discerning the time for action.

The Consequences of Ignoring God’s Timing
Proverbs 29:18 - "Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he."
Many of today’s leaders, whether in politics, religion, or business, refuse to acknowledge God’s authority. Their decisions are often driven by pride, self-interest, or demonic influences, leading to widespread suffering among the people they govern. As a result, societies experience increasing moral decay, economic hardships, natural disasters, and political instability.
The Bible is clear that those who refuse to follow God’s guidance will suffer the consequences. The Israelites, for example, faced numerous hardships whenever they turned away from God. They endured captivity, famine, and war because they rejected God’s prophets and pursued their own desires. The same principle applies today. When leaders ignore God, the people under them suffer, leading to confusion, despair, and lawlessness.

The Spiritual Battle for Souls
Ephesians 6:12 - "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places."
There is an ongoing spiritual war for the souls of mankind. Satan and his demons seek to deceive, manipulate, and destroy humanity. Many leaders and individuals have unknowingly submitted themselves to demonic influences, leading them to make decisions that promote wickedness and suffering. This is evident in the increase of immorality, lawlessness, and perversion across the world.
However, God has not left His people defenseless. He has given us His Spirit to lead us, His Word to instruct us, and His power to overcome the enemy. The battle against darkness is not fought with physical weapons but through prayer, fasting, and obedience to God. It is time for believers to rise up, recognize the urgency of the hour, and engage in spiritual warfare against the forces of evil.

The Call to Repentance and Action
2 Chronicles 7:14 - "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."
God is calling His people to repentance and action. The world is in chaos because people have turned away from Him. However, God’s mercy is still available to those who seek Him. Just as Nineveh was spared when they repented at Jonah’s warning, nations today can still be saved if they turn back to God.
Believers must take a stand for righteousness. This means proclaiming God’s truth boldly, resisting the works of darkness, and being obedient to His Spirit. The time for complacency is over. Now is the time to act!

Isaiah 41:10 - "Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness."
God is with those who follow Him. No matter how dark the world becomes, His light will always shine brighter. Be encouraged to stand firm in faith, knowing that He will guide and protect you as you walk in obedience to His will.

Prayer of Salvation
Heavenly Father, I come before You, recognizing that I am a sinner in need of Your mercy. I believe that Jesus Christ died for my sins and rose again on the third day. I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord, and I accept Him as my Savior. Wash me clean, fill me with Your Holy Spirit, and help me to follow You all the days of my life.
