Introduction

The choices we make in this life determine where we will spend eternity. Many people deceive themselves into believing they can live in two worlds—partially for God and partially for the world—yet still expect to be counted among God’s people. However, the truth is clear: there is only one way to salvation, and that is through Jesus Christ.

Many refuse to fully surrender to Christ because they are influenced by the enemy and his deceptive ways. They are caught in a dangerous cycle, thinking they are "just all right" while in reality, they are lost and bound for destruction. The consequences of rejecting the way of Christ are severe, leading to spiritual blindness, demonic oppression, and eternal separation from God.

This teaching explores the importance of choosing Christ, the dangers of rebellion, and the consequences of aligning with the forces of darkness. As the world becomes more sinful and chaotic, it is essential for believers to remain steadfast in their faith and walk in obedience to God’s will.

The Only Way to Heaven

John 10:9 - "I am the door. If anyone enters by me, he will be saved and will go in and out and find pasture."

There is only one way to reach heaven, and that is through Jesus Christ. Salvation cannot be obtained through good deeds, religious rituals, or personal efforts. It is only by placing faith in Jesus, seeking His forgiveness, and walking in obedience that one can be assured of eternal life.

Many have rejected this truth and sought alternative paths that only lead to destruction. They follow the voices of the world, indulging in sinful pleasures while ignoring the call to righteousness. However, the Word of God is clear—Jesus is the only door to salvation, and those who reject Him will face eternal separation from God.

The Deception of the Enemy

2 Corinthians 4:4 - "The god of this world has blinded the minds of unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God."

The enemy works tirelessly to keep people from embracing the truth of the gospel. Through deception, temptation, and worldly distractions, he blinds individuals to their need for salvation. Many live under the false belief that they can serve both God and the world, but in reality, they are slaves to sin.

Satan’s tactics include leading people into addiction, immorality, and lawlessness. His goal is to drive them further away from God, causing them to become numb to sin and ultimately leading them to eternal destruction.

The Tragedy of Rebellion

Romans 1:28 - "And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a debased mind to do what ought not to be done."

Rebellion against God leads to severe consequences, both in this life and in eternity. Those who refuse to submit to God’s authority often experience confusion, delusion, and spiritual decay. They become enslaved to sin and adopt a lifestyle of destruction.

This rebellion is evident in today’s world, where many reject God’s standards and embrace immorality. Governments, societies, and individuals have turned their backs on righteousness, resulting in widespread corruption, violence, and depravity. When people choose sin over God, they invite destruction into their lives.

The Dangers of Spiritual Insanity

Isaiah 5:20 - "Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!"

One of the greatest dangers in today’s world is the normalization of sin. People no longer distinguish between right and wrong because they have been given over to spiritual insanity. This is evident in the increasing lawlessness, perversion, and corruption seen in society.

The widespread use of drugs, alcohol, and immoral lifestyles has led to mental and spiritual deterioration. Many are trapped in cycles of addiction, depression, and demonic oppression. Without Christ, they are hopeless and lost, wandering further away from the truth.

The Call to Choose Life

Deuteronomy 30:19 - "I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse. Therefore choose life, that you and your offspring may live."

God has given each person the ability to choose between life and death, blessing and curse. He does not force anyone to follow Him, but He offers salvation freely to those who will accept it. The choice is clear—follow Christ and receive eternal life, or reject Him and face eternal condemnation.

Many are perishing because they refuse to make the right choice. They continue in their sins, ignoring the consequences. However, those who surrender to Christ will experience His peace, joy, and eternal rewards.

Summary

The world is rapidly descending into darkness, and many are choosing sin over righteousness. The enemy has deceived countless souls, leading them away from the only path to salvation—Jesus Christ. Rebellion, addiction, and lawlessness are evidence of a society that has rejected God. However, there is hope for those who turn to Christ and follow His ways.
