The Folly of Idolatry
Idolatry has always been a means of leading people away from the truth, causing them to worship false gods that can never bring true fulfillment or peace. Whether people are worshiping physical idols or pursuing the allure of demonic desires, idolatry results in spiritual death and bondage. God never intended for people to worship idols, but unfortunately, many have chosen to do so, either knowingly or unknowingly. When people worship idols, they surrender their lives to the control of demonic forces, which only bring them further into darkness.
Isaiah 44:9-10 – "All who make idols are nothing, and the things they treasure are worthless; those who would speak up for them are blind; they are ignorant, to their own shame."
