The Reality of Idolatry
The Lord calls His people to be faithful and true to Him, not to be enticed by the allure of idols. Idolatry is not just the worship of physical statues, but also the elevation of anything above God in one's heart and life. In this generation, many have crafted their own gods, falsely claiming them to be of the Lord. They have chosen to worship these false gods, thinking that their prosperity and well-being are signs of God's favor, but in reality, they are cursed by their own choices.
