Introduction
Pride is an abomination before God, and those who walk in it are setting themselves up for destruction. Throughout history, we see how individuals, leaders, and even entire nations have fallen because of pride and rebellion against God. When people who once walked with God turn to self-glorification, they become cursed and separated from Him. This message highlights the curse of pride and the dangers of leaders who forsake righteousness to follow wickedness and deception.
God desires His people to remain humble and obedient, giving Him the glory in all things. However, many have allowed themselves to be overtaken by arrogance and self-exaltation, forgetting that they are mere vessels of His work. As we examine the impact of pride and ungodly leadership, we must strive to walk in humility and faithfulness to God.

The Curse of Pride
"But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble." – James 4:6
Pride is a sin that leads to separation from God. Those who become conceited in their ways, taking credit for what God has done, become an abomination in His sight. The proud fail to recognize that all they have comes from the Lord. Instead of giving Him glory, they steal His honor and exalt themselves, leading to their downfall.
God warns us against pride because it blinds people to their dependence on Him. When someone is overtaken by pride, they no longer see the need for God's guidance and correction. This is why He resists the proud but gives grace to the humble.

Leaders Who Abandon Righteousness
"Woe to the shepherds who destroy and scatter the sheep of My pasture!" says the Lord." – Jeremiah 23:1
God holds leaders accountable for their actions, especially those who claim to follow Him but lead others into wickedness. When leaders forsake righteousness and embrace worldly ideologies, they bring judgment upon themselves and those they lead.
History has shown that when leaders turn away from God, they lead entire nations into destruction. Corrupt leadership results in moral decay, injustice, and suffering. God despises leaders who promote sin and use their power to oppress others while pretending to care for the people. Such leaders deceive the masses, but God sees their hearts and will bring them to judgment.

The Consequences of Following Wickedness
"There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death." – Proverbs 14:12
When people follow leaders who promote ungodly agendas, they share in their judgment. The world today is filled with deception, where evil is celebrated and righteousness is mocked. Those who blindly follow corrupt leaders, believing their lies, end up in destruction.
God warns His people not to conform to the ways of the world. Instead, we are to be separate, maintaining holiness and obedience to His commands. Those who forsake godliness for worldly pleasures will reap the consequences of their choices.

The Wrath of God Against Abominable Practices
"For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness." – Romans 1:18
The world is currently facing divine judgment because of its abominable practices. Sin has become rampant, and many have chosen to embrace perversion rather than the truth of God. God is deeply grieved when people exchange His truth for lies and engage in detestable acts.
God created man and woman in His image, yet society seeks to alter His divine order. The promotion of gender confusion and unnatural desires is a direct rebellion against God's design. Those who advocate for such things are bringing ruin upon themselves and those who follow them.
