INTRODUCTION
In the face of global instability, uncertainty, and increasing threats, the world is gripped by fear and terror. Many live in anxiety, overwhelmed by the news of wars, economic collapse, and catastrophic events. The media constantly fuels the narrative of an impending disaster, causing many to live in a state of dread. Yet, as believers in Christ, we are not meant to succumb to this spirit of fear. God has given us the authority to overcome the darkness and remain steadfast in faith.
This teaching aims to equip believers with biblical truths that empower them to reject fear and terror, live in divine peace, and exercise their God-given dominion. The true battle is spiritual, and through Jesus Christ, we are more than conquerors. The enemy’s tactics involve intimidation and deception, but those who trust in the Lord will stand firm. Let us explore how we can spiritually “defang” the threats of this world and walk in the boldness of Christ.

FEAR: THE ENEMY'S WEAPON OF CONTROL
"There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear: because fear has torment. He that fears is not made perfect in love." (1 John 4:18)
Fear is a primary tool that the enemy uses to control the masses. Many people are held captive by worry, anxiety, and terror, believing that they are powerless against the forces at work in the world. The moment we allow fear to take root in our hearts, we give the enemy access to torment us.
Jesus calls us to walk in faith, not fear. The difference between the righteous and the wicked is that while the world trembles at every disaster, those who trust in the Lord remain unmoved. The enemy seeks to create panic, but God has given His people a spirit of power, love, and a sound mind.

THE BROAD WAY LEADS TO DESTRUCTION
"Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it." (Matthew 7:13)
Many people have chosen the broad way—seeking their own desires, driven by selfish ambition, and following the patterns of the world. They refuse the truth because it exposes their lies and deception. These individuals are constantly seeking but never coming to the knowledge of the truth because they reject the call of God.
The broad way may seem comfortable, but it leads to destruction. The enemy manipulates people through fear, false promises, and deception. Only those who embrace the narrow path of righteousness in Christ will find true peace and security.

RELIGION VS. RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD
"My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me." (John 10:27)
Religion alone cannot save anyone. Many people participate in religious practices but remain in bondage to fear and uncertainty. They trust in rituals rather than a relationship with God. However, those who are truly in Christ recognize His voice and follow Him. They do not live in terror but in peace, knowing that they are secure in God’s presence.
God’s true people live by faith and not by fear. The world may be shaken, but those rooted in Christ will not be moved.

GOD'S PEOPLE HAVE DOMINION OVER FEAR
"Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you." (Luke 10:19)
Through Christ, we have authority over every demonic force that seeks to bring fear, torment, and destruction. The enemy wants to enslave believers through terror, but God has equipped His people with spiritual weapons to overcome.
Those who walk in faith understand that they are not ruled by the circumstances of this world. The news of wars, disasters, and political turmoil does not shake them because they know that God is in control. Instead of fearing death and destruction, they rejoice in the victory they have in Christ.
