Introduction
In every generation, God has revealed both His love and His wrath. Many people fail to acknowledge that while He is a God of love, He is also a righteous Judge who does not tolerate sin indefinitely. Throughout history, God has sent warnings through His prophets, calling nations and individuals to repentance. When they refused to listen, His wrath was manifested in various ways—plagues, destruction, famine, and exile.
As we step into this new year, it is important to understand that God is still warning the world. He is tired of the rebellion, pride, and disobedience displayed by nations and individuals. His righteous judgments will increase, yet His mercy remains available for those who walk in obedience. This teaching will explore the nature of God's wrath, its manifestations, and how we can remain under His mercy in times of judgment.

The Manifestation of God’s Wrath
"Behold, the Lord maketh the earth empty, and maketh it waste, and turneth it upside down, and scattereth abroad the inhabitants thereof." (Isaiah 24:1)
God's wrath is not an expression of cruelty but a response to persistent rebellion. When people refuse to repent and turn to Him, He allows them to face the consequences of their sin. In today's world, we witness natural disasters, economic collapse, pandemics, and wars—these are not random events but manifestations of divine judgment. Those who continue in wickedness will see their world crumble before their eyes.

The Consequence of Hardening the Heart
"He, that being often reproved hardeneth his neck, shall suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy." (Proverbs 29:1)
Despite God's repeated warnings, many people persist in sin, mocking His commandments and resisting His Spirit. The consequences are severe—some become demon-possessed, experiencing torment in this life before eternal damnation. When God withdraws His hand, people fall deeper into cycles of hatred, bitterness, and unbelief. Those who oppose Him will not win; rather, they will be swallowed up by their own rebellion.

The Deception of Self-Sufficiency
"Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!" (Isaiah 5:21)
Many believe they can build a future without God. They make resolutions, pursue wealth, and seek personal advancement while completely excluding Him. Yet, their efforts will be in vain. The world is full of unthankful hearts that have rejected their Creator. As a result, God's judgment increases. The leaders of the world attempt to solve crises but fail miserably, revealing their foolishness and pride.

A Call to Remain Steadfast in Faith
"Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong." (1 Corinthians 16:13)
Though disasters may rage, God's people must not be shaken. We are called to remain steadfast, knowing that His mercy is upon us. Those who trust in Him will witness His miracles of provision and protection. Unlike the ungodly who will perish in their hatred, believers will see the hand of God sustaining them.

The Media and the Deception of the Masses
"For the leaders of this people cause them to err; and they that are led of them are destroyed." (Isaiah 9:16)
The world is filled with deception, fueled by media control. Many have lost the ability to think critically, blindly following misleading information. Young generations are trapped in digital distractions, unable to engage in meaningful relationships. Meanwhile, no leaders are calling for true repentance. Instead, they act as if they are gods, leading people into destruction.

The Need for Holiness and Truth
"Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy." (1 Peter 1:16)
God longs for a people who desire holiness and truth. Those who walk in righteousness will receive His wisdom and direction. The miseries of this world should not shake us but remind us of the importance of obedience. True faith requires honesty before God, acknowledging His sovereignty and rejecting deception.

A Warning Against Greed and Selfishness
"Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal." (Matthew 6:19)
Greed has led many away from God. Even those who claim to be believers are often entangled in worldly lusts. The self-centeredness of this age has blinded people to the realities of eternity. Instead of honoring God, many chase after wealth and power, trampling spiritual values. Such actions bring dishonor and provoke God's judgment.

Summary
The world is under divine judgment because of its rebellion. God's wrath is increasing, but His mercy is still available to those who seek Him. We must not be deceived by worldly distractions but remain steadfast in faith. Holiness, truth, and obedience to God will keep us under His protection while the ungodly perish in their sin.
