Triumph or Terror, You Decide! By Major Frank Materu

----Main Bible Scripture

"I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live." – Deuteronomy 30:19 (KJV)

----Introduction

In the days to come, there will be a time of great shaking across the earth. Nations will tremble, and powers of evil and wickedness will be brought down. However, as God's people rise up in prayer and align themselves with His will, they will experience triumph, while those who refuse to follow Him will face terror and defeat. The choices we make today will determine the outcome of our future—whether we walk in triumph with God or face the terror of wickedness. The question before us is clear: which path will we choose?

----The Choice Between Triumph and Terror

God has set before us two paths: triumph or terror. Those who choose to follow God’s will, aligning themselves with His Spirit, will walk in victory. These believers will see God move mightily on their behalf and will experience the power of His Kingdom. They will be strengthened, emboldened, and led by the Holy Spirit into spiritual victory. On the other hand, those who choose the world’s way, rejecting God’s truth, will face destruction. They will be consumed by terror, experiencing defeat, confusion, and chaos. The things they thought would protect them will fail, and they will be left with nothing but misery.

"Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is." (Jeremiah 17:7)

----The Call to Prayer and Allegiance to God

In the coming days, it is essential for God’s people to remain in prayer and to align their hearts with His will. Prayer is not optional—it is a vital part of our role in these times. As we pray in accordance with God's desire, we will be set ablaze with passion for His Kingdom. The Holy Spirit will guide us, and we will fight the spiritual battles of these times with confidence, knowing that God is our Commander. We must stay in allegiance to God, for when we do, He will hear our prayers and deliver us.

"The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much." (James 5:16)

----The Path of the Wicked: Chaos and Confusion

For those who reject God's ways, the future is grim. The world’s leaders, driven by greed and power, will experience chaos and confusion. The political, religious, and media arenas will be filled with lies, deception, and corruption. False prophets and leaders will lead people astray, creating a climate of despair and hopelessness. People will be consumed by fear, and their security will crumble before them. Those who place their trust in idols will find them empty and powerless, leaving them with nothing but anguish.

"The wicked are like the troubled sea, when it cannot rest, whose waters cast up mire and dirt." (Isaiah 57:20)

----The Ultimate Triumph of God’s Kingdom

Amidst the turmoil, God's people can rejoice because they are on the path of victory. Those who stay true to Him will not be swept away by the terror and confusion surrounding them. Instead, they will experience the joy of knowing that God reigns supreme. While the wicked may appear to have the upper hand for a time, their reign will be short-lived. God, the Almighty, will have the final victory. The powers of darkness will be defeated, and His Kingdom will triumph forever.

"The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?" (Psalm 27:1)

----The Seduction of the World: Avoid the Lies

We must be vigilant and not allow ourselves to be deceived by the enticements of the world. The evil rulers of this world may appear powerful, but their rule will not last. They are only temporarily in control, and their lies and manipulation will soon be exposed. The media and other false messengers will lead people into despair, but the truth of God will set His people free. We must avoid the seduction of the world and keep our eyes fixed on God, for He is the only true source of hope and security.

"And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." (John 8:32)

----Summary

In these uncertain times, the choices we make will have eternal consequences. We can choose the path of triumph, walking in obedience to God and experiencing His victory, or we can choose the path of terror, walking in the ways of the world and facing destruction. Prayer and allegiance to God are essential as we navigate these days. We must remain vigilant against the lies and deception of the world and keep our eyes on the eternal victory that God has promised to those who trust in Him.

----Conclusion

The world is shaking, and the powers of darkness are on the move. But God has given His people the power to triumph over the forces of evil through prayer and obedience to His will. The choice is ours: we can walk in victory, or we can fall victim to the terror that awaits those who reject God. Let us choose wisely, staying true to God and walking in the light of His truth. His Kingdom will triumph, and those who trust in Him will stand victorious in the end.

"For the Lord is our judge, the Lord is our lawgiver, the Lord is our king; he will save us." (Isaiah 33:22)
